Cat C fell race from Castle Bolton at the northern end of the Yorkshire Dales. More of a trail run than fell run.

Having got a bit of enthusiasm back I ventured out to a race for the second time in four days. Ran strongly up to Darwen Tower, but lost a lot of places on the run back.
